Please complete your RSVP online or return the card by the 19th of April.
Are children welcome at the wedding?
We have decided not to include anyone under 21 (excluding those in the wedding party) in the wedding festivities. If your children are joining you for the weekend in San Francisco here are a few recommended childcare services for the day of the event:
What is the dress code for the Ceremony and Reception?
We ask that everyone please wear Black Tie to the ceremony and reception. For men, this would include a tuxedo and for women, a midi or long formal dress.
Where can I rent a tuxedo & shoes?
Men's Warehouse offers multiple options for tuxedo rentals, including all the accessories through the following link: tuxedo.menswarehouse.com
They can be picked up and returned in-store or shipped directly and returned by mail.
You can use the event code 12856435 at Men’s Wearhouse for a discounted rate. You will need to get measured for the Tux. Inform the store you are a wedding guest as they may assume you are in the wedding party. Last day to submit a rental is May 16th.
It coming from out of town, we strongly suggest getting your Tuxedo shipped to the store in San Francisco on Market Street so you don’t need to travel with it.
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for a +1! Though we would like to include everyone the venue has limited space. If we have missed any spouses, significant others or partners please let us know directly.
Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be primarily indoors. The weather can change quickly in San Francisco with wind picking up in the afternoon and fog rolling in in the evenings. It is recommended that guests bring a wrap or coat.
Will there be transportation provided between the hotels, the Ceremony, and the Reception?
Yes, transportation will be provided from The Fairmont Hotel to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception.
I would like to drive to the Ceremony and the Reception. Where should I park?
There is limited parking at both the church and the reception venue. It is encouraged that those willing to do so use the shuttle or Uber or Lyft to get to the ceremony.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones or cameras during the wedding?
We would like to ask all of our guests to be fully present during our ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer who will be documenting our wedding and request that you refrain from using your phones during the ceremony.
Do you have a wedding hashtag we should use for social media posts?
